Had what was probably the worst interview of my life with Soma Networks. I was interviewed by P.J., an individual who took some pleasure in the fact that he was an IBM Fellow and “almost certainly smarter” than I was. Restrained my anger at his rudeness. If this is the attitude that they generate at Soma, I will *never* apply or consider a job at Soma. Here’s something Peter – some good advice – write it down. You can be the smartest prick in the world but if you’re going to treat people like shit it’ll be an aboslute waste. And it *will* come back to bite you in the ass. The rest of the day went horribly as well. ECE 209 will be brutal.
