Slashdot’s Slow?!

Whoa – freaky. Slashdot is slow today. That’s just plain weird. Got distcc working at work today. Sped up my builds by 300% Now to work on an scons based build system. I hate to see people kiss ass. BTW, doing a make -j -k is a sign of terminal stupidity and can lock up your system completely (well – it’ll still be working, but I can’t connect to it via ssh or anything else…). Yay me (idiot – that’s what you get for using tab completion _without_ properly checking the options you’d entered before). Anyways, ruined my uptime by doing this… Back down to 0.
