Not quite. More like lots of small meals.
At least 1/2 the calories I consume in a day now come from cereal. Although I’m not eating high-sugar, high in refined carbohydrate varieties, I really have to ask myself – “Is this healthy for me?”I don’t know. Maybe I’ll switch to pasta over the next week or so. There’s a pile in my cupboard I haven’t made a dent in yet.
Hmm … So many things on my mind. And so very busy to boot.
