Ever wonder how you’d classify your mood for the day?
I do. Right now, I wonder how I’d classify my overall attitude today. Kinda a complex undertaking no – “Describe your attitude for the whole day…” Heck, my mood shifts from hour to hour, minute to minute.
Be that as it may, today I clarified in a small way what’s bad for me – aka what I should avoid doing/thinking about.
Of course, knowledge is one thing. Action is another.
But in the end, it’s me and me alone that is responsible for how I deal with situations. No…too often I’ve forgotten that. Or perhaps even more to the point, have I allowed myself to forget that?
