I think Paul Butzi put it best when he wroteThere are no insignificant places“. But it’s hard to communicate the significance in the banal, especially in a medium so prone to over-saturation, and highly graphic, visually appealing elements – all pleasurable sins I’ve committed – coupled with a mass-mentality concept of ‘appropriate’ subjects.
